摘要
"一题一课一成果",是一种基于问题解决,旨在推动青年教师专业成长的校本研修方式。南京市第三十九中学在对全校青年教师专业发展现状进行问卷调查的基础上,积极探索校本研修新路径,让青年教师在"一题一课一成果"的校本研修中"研"起来,"写"起来,在实践中自主反思,在写作中提炼升华,加快青年教师专业化自主发展的步伐。
'Project-lesson-achievement' is a kind of school-based research and training, based on problem-solving and aiming to promote young teachers' professional development. On the basis of questionnaire survey of teachers' professional development, our school makes an active exploration of the new approach to school-based research and training so that teachers can carry out research and summarize their achievements by writing papers with a view to quickening the pace of young teachers' professional autonomous development by self-reflection in practice and improvement through writing.
