摘要
幼儿的健康发展,离不开家园的密切配合与相互支持。调查分析发现,家长义工资源主要存在问题:家长义工资源分布不均,资源利用率不高,主动参与意识不强。针对问题提出优化家长义工资源的策略:建立家长义工资源库,探索家长义工服务模式,激励家长义工主动参与评价。
Children's healthy development is inseparable from close cooperation and mutual support between parents and kindergartens. Surveys reveal some problems with parents volunteer resources: unbalanced distribution, the low rate of resources application, and low awareness of active participation. Relevant optimizing strategies include setting up the resource data, exploring the pattern of service, encouraging active participation in assessment.
