常减压蒸馏装置用能调研分析

Energy investigation and analysis of crude distillation units

本文通过对12套常减压蒸馏装置的能耗调研情况,从燃料、蒸汽、电、水四个方面进行了用能分析;介绍了装置在管理节能、节能技术应用和操作节能等方面较好的做法,对其他蒸馏装置提升节能工作具有指导和借鉴意义。

The energy consumption of 12 Crude distillation units are investigated, and analyzed from the four aspects of fuel,steam, electricity and water. The good practices on energy-saving devices management , energy-saving technology and energy-savingoperation are introduced, with a guide and reference to other CDUs to enhance energy saving.
