摘要
为了改进胶囊中铬含量测定方法,采用微波消解-石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法,以2%Na2SO4为基体改进剂测定胶囊中总铬.结果表明:Cr离子的线性范围0~50ng/mL(r=0.998);加标回收率为95.7%~108.2%,检出限0.15ng/mL.该方法准确、可靠,重复性良好,可用于胶囊中铬离子含量的测定.
Objective:establish a content determination method for total chromium(Cr)in capsules. Methods:a microwavedigestion-graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry(GFAAS)is used to determine total chromium in capsules with 2%Na2SO4solution as matrix modifier. Experiment results:the linear range of Cr ion is from 0ng/mLto 50ng/mL(r=0.998);the recoveryrate with added specimen ranges from 95.7%to 108.2%,the minimum of detectability is 0.15ng/mL. Conclusion:the method isaccurate and reliable with high repeatability and is suitable for determination of Cr ion in capsules.
