井口装置及采油树试压接头拆装机简介及工艺研究

Introduction and process research of assembly/disassembly equipment for wellhead device and pressure testing adapter for Christmas tree

井口装置及采油树试压接头的拆装依靠人工紧固,容易出现管钳打滑、活动钳口断脱等,容易造成人身伤害,拆装时劳动强度大、返工率高。为此研制出专门拆装采油树试压接头的设备,该设备采用液压传动,整体结构设计合理,操作方便,经过现场实际检验验证,其安全可靠,目前已在油田范围内推广使用。

In order to avoid the disadvantages of the manpower assembly/disassembly to the wellhead device and the pressuretesting adapter for Christmas tree,this paper introduces a special tool for the assembly/disassembly of pressure testing adapter suitablefor Christmas tree.
