摘要
本文对深层减载举升技术的研制与现场试验工作进行了系统性的总结。目的在于实现深层油井举升,主要解决深层SAGD等举升过程中,受抽油机额定载荷和抽油杆自重等局限,下泵深度受到限制等问题。整个研究工作完成了书108抽油泵举升及配套技术的设计、深层SAGD减载装置的设计等工作,并提出了下一步的工作建议。
The research and field testing of load shedding and lifting are systematically summarized.It aims to reahze the hfting of deep wells and to resolve the limit of pumping depth decided by rated load and weight of pumping rod in the process of deep SAGD and other lifting process.The design of lifting and supporting techniques of φ 108 pump is presented as well as load shedding device of deep SAGD.The suggestions for further work are offered as well.
