海洋平台关节吊设计计算及研制

Design and development of knuckle boom crane for offshore drilling platform

摘要 本文利用有限元分析软件ANSYS WORKBENCH,对海洋平台关节吊立柱和主臂的使用工况进行仿真分析,得出主立柱和主臂的强度和整体刚度值,并基于该计算研制关节吊。在研制过程中,对样机进行载荷试验,同时在关键区域张贴应变片,对立柱和主臂的应力进行测试,测试结果与有限元仿真分析的结果吻合,为以后新型关节吊的研制积累了设计方法和经验。 The operating conditions of the column and main boom of knuckle boom crane were simulated by limited elementanalysis software ANSYS WORKBENCH to obtain their strength and whole stiffness,which are used for development of themachine. The load test was conducted for the model machine,the stress of column and main boom were detected by sticking strainelement on the critical areas at the same time. The testing results are analogical to the results of limited element simulation,which willoffer reference for further development of the crane.
