摘要
根据传热学基本原理,通过步进计算得到传热热阻K,进一步得到计算传热面积的数学模型,并以此得出热管的数量。同时以某加热炉的热管空气预热器为例,计算其设计工况下的热管长度及根数。综合现场生产经验并充分考虑各种影响因素,为加热炉的空气预热器的设计和计算提供参考依据。
The heat resistance of heat transfer K was calculated via step—by-step method according to the basic laws of heat transfer.The mathematical model for calculating the heat transfer area was set up to obtain the number of heat pipes.The designed length and number of the heat pipes in a heat pipe air preheater were calculated as example on the basis of practices and influential factors to offer guidance for design and computation of air preheater in heating furnace.
