摘要
姬塬油田刘峁塬区块,2008年投入开发,由于地层水、注入水物性不同,已给该区域注水系统带来结垢问题,因此需要投加阻垢剂以确保系统的正常运行。本文通过注水系统结垢原因分析,明确了注水系统结垢机理为系统中钡锶离子,硫酸根离子含量高而引起的硫酸钡锶结垢。通过硫酸钡阻垢剂的室内评价以及在刘峁塬区域的现场使用,GS-1、CQ-Z01硫酸钡阻垢剂应用效果优良,阻垢率均在90%以上。
According to the scaling phenomena and characteristics of water injection system in the Liumaoyuan block of Jiyuanoilfield,this paper analyses the reasons of scaling and makes it clear that the scale inhibitors are needed to ensure normal operation ofthe system. Through the interior evaluation with barium sulfate scale inhibitor and the on-site application in Liumaoyuan oilfield,GS-1 and CQ-Z01 type barium sulfate scale inhibitor have acquired an excellent application effect and the ratio of anti-scaling isabove 90%.
