摘要
随着石油钻探技术的发展,水平井和大位移井的施工数量逐年增多,如何高效的完成裸眼段轨迹控制成为新的技术难题。在水平井施工过程中,由于裸眼段增长,井斜角增大,逐渐在下井壁形成岩屑床,造成钻具与井壁之间的摩擦阻力越来越大,出现严重的拖压、粘附卡钻现象。本文着重对水力振荡器的结构组成、工作原理进行分析,结合试验井数据对水力振荡器在哈A油田的应用进行详细说明。
With the development of petroleum drilling technology and the increasing of the number of horizontal wells andextended reach wells construction year by year,the way to efficiently complete the trajectory control in the open hole section ofhorizontal wells turns out to be a new technical problem. Also,cuttings bed gradually formed underneath the well wall with theextended open hole section and enlarged angle of well deviation causes the increasing of friction resistance between drilling tools andwell wall,and also causes severe drag,adhesion or drilling sticking phenomenon during the construction of horizontal well. In thisarticle,the structure and working principle of hydraulic oscillator are analyzed,and the application of hydraulic oscillator combiningwith the well test data in A oilfield is also detailed.
