With the proposing of the One Belt One Road Strategy,technology-based enterprises start to “Go Out” for betterdevelopment.This article analyzes the opportunities and challenges faced by technology-based enterprises under the OneBelt One Road Strategy,explores the building of the M＆A supporting system including practical needs of technology-basedenterprises,government services,intermediary agency services,financial services and property transaction,so as topromote the growth of technology-based enterprises.
