基于专利分析的我国中药产业技术发展情报研究

Development of Industrial Technology of Traditional Chinese Medicines in China Based on Patent Analysis

中药产业是一个知识和技术密集型的高科技产业。基于专利分析,从专利总体态势、技术生命周期、热点技术领域、重点申请机构和主要发明人等角度,对我国中药产业技术发展进行深入研究。最后,基于分析结果总结我国中药产业技术现状和发展趋势。

Being knowledge and technology intensive,Traditional Chinese Medicines（TCMs）industry has attached greatimportance to intellectual property protection because of its properties which feature high investment,high risk and highyield.The industrial technology of TCMs was deeply studied based on patent analysis from the aspects of general trend,technology life cycle,hot points of the technology,key institutions and main inventors.Finally,the development statusand trend of TCMs industrial technology in China were summarized based on the analysis results.
