On Transformation and Upgrading of the Manufacturing Industry in Tianjin by Way of Lean Management Innovative Services

Based on an exploration of the generation and development of Lean Management,Lean Management innovationwas pointed out as the current key task in China.The implementation of Lean Management innovation is the trend of nationalstrategy,the call for the new stage of China’s economic development and the only road of pursuing advanced countriesin manufacturing.As the manufacturing industry in Tianjin has entered into a critical stage of transformation and upgrading,the city,with the positioning of building up an advanced manufacturing and R＆D base with international competitivenessin the new context,has to well play the supporting role of Lean Management innovation to follow the developmenttrends of global manufacturing,including intelligence,networking,environmental protection and streamline.
