智能化P-XRF在构建汽车材料绿色供应链中的应用

摘要 汽车行业在管控车用材料有害物质使用的过程中,需要一种低成本、高效率和智能化的检测手段以打造绿色材料供应链,便携式XRF(P-XRF)提供了一种新的解决思路。利用P-XRF对3种汽车零部件中的Pb含量进行测试,结果表明P-XRF具有良好的检测准确性和稳定性。介绍了智能化P-XRF的技术路线,结合手持端设备和CAMDS数据库,可以实现材料成分的远程监控。探讨了汽车产业链中不同企业和机构使用智能化P-XRF进行材料成分管控的方法,表明智能化P-XRF可以有效应用于汽车绿色材料供应链的构建。 In the process of the control of the using of hazardous substances in automotive materials,the auto industryneeds a low cost,high efficiency and intelligent test method to build green materials supply chain,and portable XRF(PXRF)just provides a new solution.P-XRF was used to test the content of Pb in three types of auto parts. The results showedthat P-XRF had good test accuracy and stability.The technical route of intelligent P-XRF was introduced by combininghand-held device and CAMDS,and the remote control of material composition can be achieved.The method of using intelligentP-XRF to control material composition by different enterprises and institutions in automobile industry chain was discussed.It indicates that intelligent P-XRF is effective to build green automotive materials supply chain.
