摘要
中小学社会主义核心价值观教育从"物本"转向"能本"路向,是社会主义核心价值观在学生身上内化的必然要求,内容结构实体化、过程形式突击化、方法路径单一化的"物本"教育使得社会主义核心价值观流于形式,造成这一状况原因在于中小学目的观念偏狭有误,固守智育为中心;行政管理背离教育性,立足计量为凭据;理论视野僵化单一,墨守学科课程取向。为确保中小学社会主义核心价值观教育"能本"路向得以有效实施,需要采取的策略是:确立开放式交往教学观,形成增进理性交往能力的主体关系;创设多元学习资源,构建激发个性潜能的校园文化;建立内外共联共生环境,孕育正气文明的教育之风。
The route of the socialist core values education in primary and secondary schools changing from "material-centered" to"ability-oriented" is an inevitable requirement for the socialist core values' internalization in students. With the substantialization ofcontent structure, the assault of the process form, and simplification of methods, "Material-centered" education make the socialist corevalues formalistic. Possible reasons of causing this problem lie in the mistaken and narrow concept of the purpose of primary andsecondary schools--taking intellectual education as the center; administration deviating from education--based on the measurementfor the credentials; and the rigid single theoretical perspective--sticking to the discipline curriculum orientation. As for making surethe efficient implement of the "ability-oriented" route for the socialist core values education in primary and secondary schools, thestrategies must be carried out: establishing open communication teaching to form the main body relations of enhancing the rationalcommunication ability; creating multiple learning resources to constructing campus culture of inspiring personality potential; andestablishing internal and external co-symbiotic environment to cultivate the civilized educational atmosphere.
