摘要
潘懋元应用型本科教师发展观是由内涵观、重要观、问题观和路径观构成的有机体系,该体系从一般到特殊明确了应用型本科教师发展的内涵,从宏观到微观探析了应用型本科教师发展的重要性及存在的问题,从外因促使到内因驱动提出了应用型本科教师发展的基本路径。潘懋元应用型本科教师发展观奠定了我国应用型本科教师发展的理论基石,可以为应用型本科教师发展提供实践指南。
Pan Maoyuan's idea of application-oriented institutes' faculty development is an organic system combined by thoughts ofconnotation, important, problems and path. The system further confirms the faculty development' connotation from the general tospecific, analyses the importance and the existing problems of faculty development from macroscopic view to microcosmic view, putsforward the basic route of faculty development from the external force to internal drive. Pan Maoyuan's idea of application-orientedundergraduate faculty development lies the theory cornerstone and provides practical guide for the application-oriented undergraduatefaculty development in China.
