社会认知理论视角下网络学习空间知识共享影响因素的实证研究 被引量:12

摘要 知识共享是一个以知识提供者与接收者互动实现知识转化的过程。发生在网络学习空间中的知识共享,可以促进学习者个体知识的更新与优化,实现网络学习资源的再生性积累。学习者作为知识共享的主体,借由网络学习空间的技术网络平台和社交网络平台,在个体及群体间,通过信息获取、知识生成、知识内化、信息外化的内部循环建构,以及知识编码、知识转移、知识寻求、知识应用的外部循环途径,完成网络学习空间的知识共享行为,达成知识的交换与创新。网络学习空间中的知识共享活动是参与者分享信息、交流互动、知识创新的开放性学习行为,受到个体的自我效能感、对知识共享的结果预期以及网络学习空间中激励机制的影响。通过多元回归分析学习者知识共享影响因素,采用AMOS结构方程建立出影响因素路径分析图,由此分析得出,可通过优化学习者知识共享的个人学习体验和外部生态环境,提高其知识共享的积极性,优化其知识共享行为。 Knowledge sharing is a process of interaction between knowledge providers and recipients torealize the transformation of knowledge. The knowledge sharing in the network learning space can not only promotethe updating and deepening of the learners' individual knowledge, but also realize the regenerative accumulation ofthe network learning resources through the way of knowledge exchange. In this paper, with the learner as the subjectof knowledge sharing, and the knowledge network platform and social network platform provided by the networklearning space as the ecological environment, the knowledge sharing behavior model in the network learning spaceis constructed. At the same time, with Bandura's social cognition theory as the core, through the correlation analysis,the regression analysis discusses the factors that influence the knowledge sharing and the relationship betweenthem. On this basis, the path model of influencing factors is established by using structural equation model with AMOS, and the relevant suggestions and strategies for optimizing the knowledge sharing in the network learningspace are put forward.
