摘要
通过对突破性创新要素与创新绩效关系的假设,构建表达两者关系的假设模型,并运用神经网络结合实证数据对此模型和相关关系假设进行检验,结果表明创业导向、重组转型能力、内部基础研究和机会识别能力等突破性创新要素对创新绩效的贡献率大,而隐性知识创造和供应商模糊前端参与等创新要素对创新绩效的贡献率较弱,由此,提出转变企业组织结构以及建立供应商参与创新的理念,以充分激发企业内部员工和外部供应商隐性知识创造力,从而提升突破性创新绩效。
In order to study the relationship between the breakthrough innovation factors and innovation performance, a hy- pothesis model was established and an empirical analysis aiming to this model was also completed. The research result showed that the breakthrough factors such as entrepreneurial orientation, reconfiguration transformation capability, internal basic research and opportunity recognition capability made greater contributions to the innovation performance, while the factors of tacit knowledge creation and supplier fuzzy front end participation made few contributions. Thus some suggestions of changing organization structure and establishing the concept of supplier involvement in innovation were presented, so as to stimulate the tacit knowledge creativity of internal employees and external suppliers and improve the performance of breakthrough innovation.
