苏南城市制造业创新职能演化与优化

Innovation Function Evolution and Optimization of Urban Manufacturing Industry in South Jiangsu

基于城市创新职能指数和创新区位熵研究方法,利用苏南5市统计年鉴制造业经济数据和中国专利信息服务平台苏南制造业专利授权数据,分析2007、2010和2013年苏南城市制造业创新体系与分工演化特征。结果发现,苏南城市制造业创新职能经历2007年的创新极化和2010年的创新扩散效应后,逐渐形成以苏州为中心,南京、无锡为副中心的三级塔形结构。苏南创新中心南京不断向外分化制造业创新职能,苏南城市制造业各部门创新分工明显。针对以上研究规律,提出将苏州打造成区域综合性的制造业创新中心和优化苏南制造业创新分工结构的建议。

Based on the urban innovation function index and innovation location entropy, the paper makes use of the eco- nomic data of the manufacturing industry of the 5 cities of South Jiangsu and patent authorization data of South Jiangsu man- ufacturing industry in China~ patent information service platform to analyze the innovation system and the evolution of the innovative division in South Jiangsu urban manufacturing industry in 2007, 2010 and 2013. Results are found as follows： The innovation function of urban manufacturing industry in South Jiangsu experienced the innovation polarization in 2007 and the innovation diffusion effect in 2010 ; Three tower structures gradually formed in the center of Suzhou, Nanjing, Wuxi sub center; Nanjing, the innovative center of South Jiangsu constantly differentiates manufacturing innovation functions; Manufacturing sector has obvious innovative division in South Jiangsu. In view of the above research results, the paper puts forward the suggestion that Suzhou should be developed into a regional integrated manufacturing innovation center and the structure of innovative division in South Jiangsu manufacturing industry should be optimized.
