Research on the Dynamic Transformation of Science and Technology Industrial Park under the New Mode of Four Public Modes

在大众创新、万众创业环境下,随着"互联网+"和"大数据开发利用"等高新技术的高速发展,科技园区发展"四众"新模式逐步兴起。当前科技园区存在运营模式混乱、科技创新能力不足、尚未形成风险投资网络、科技与对应科技产业发展结合度不紧以及产业转型升级难等问题。可以通过探索科技园区运营模式、创新园区发展空间、突出企业主体地位和壮大优势主导产业与"四众"新模式的紧密融合,寻找科技园区发展动力转换机制,提出有效应对策略以推动经济转型升级。

In the environment of massive entrepreneurship and innovation by all, along with the rapid development of ＂In- ternet plus＂ and ＂big data＂ development and utilization of new technology, new mode of popular entrepreneurship, crowd -sourcing, collective support and crowd funding is gradually emerging. In the current scientific and technological park there is chaotic operation mode, lack of scientific and technological innovation capacity. It has not yet formed a venture capital network ; technology and the corresponding development of science and technology industry is not related, and indus- trial transformation and upgrading is difficult and so on. By exploring the operating mode and the development of science and technology park space, highlighting dominant position of enterprises and strengthening the leading industries and the in- tegration of the mass, looking for the development of science and technology park power conversion mechanism, we can put forward effective countermeasures to promote economic transformation and upgrading.
