试论开发区建设中的土地集约利用——以上海金桥经济技术开发区转型发展为例

Discussion the Land Intensive Use in the Construction of Development Zone——a case study of Jinqiao economic and technological development zone of Shanghai

上海金桥经济技术开发区成立于1990年,是经国务院批准设立的浦东四大开发区之一,经过逾25年的发展,与陆家嘴金融贸易区、张江高科技园区、外高桥航运中心形成"四驾马车",将上海市浦东新区由一片待开发的农田开垦为国际化城镇。通过对其经济环境和人文环境的分析,阐述金桥开发区内初现的传统"四大产业"向新兴"四大产业"转型发展的新格局,提出见解与建议,尤其涉及到土地集约利用的重要性,为金桥开发区建设者提供决策参考依据。

Shanghai Economic and Technological Development Zone, one of the four major development zones in Pudong New District, was founded by the State Council in 1990. After more than 25 years of development, together with Lujiazui Financial and Trade Zone, Zhangjiang Hi Tech Zone, Waigaoqiao Shipping Zone, Jinqiao has turned Pudong area from farmland to an international town. This article attempts to analyze the economic and human environment, state Jinqiao＇ s new situation of turning from traditional ＂Four Big Industry＂ to new ＂Four Big Industry＂ , and put forward original opinions and suggestions especially for the importance of land intensive use for the purpose of providing decision-making reference to the builders of Jinqiao Development Zone.
