煤炭高校矿业工程学科发展现状与对策研究 被引量:5

The State-of-the-art and Countermeasure Study on Mineral Engineering Discipline in Coal Mining Colleges and Universities

摘要 煤炭高校是我国传统的行业特色高校,在煤炭经济下行和能源革命的大背景下,发展面临着新的挑战。矿业工程作为煤炭高校的优势学科,在新形势下存在着专任教师结构不合理且资源分配不均,科学研究创新能力不足,人才培养缺乏针对性,学科发展滞后于煤炭科技的进步等问题。基于这些问题,提出加强青年教师队伍建设、促进资源合理配置,创造优质科研环境、注重科研创新能力的培养、人才培养与社会需求高度融合、煤炭科技转化与学科发展紧密结合的对策建议,使煤炭高校矿业工程的发展适应时代发展的需要。 Coal mining colleges and universities is the traditional higher education institutes with industrial features, whose development is faced with new challenges under the background of energy revolution and coal economic downturn. As the preponderant discipline in coal mining colleges and universities, mineral engineering in new era still has the following problems: the unreasonable structure of full-time teachers and its disproportional resource allocation, the in- sufficient ability of scientific research innovations the lack of pertinence of talent trainings and the disciplinary development falling behind the progress of coal science and technology. Based on the abovementioned problems, this paper brings forward pertinent measures to make the de- velopment of mineral engineering discipline in coal mining colleges and universities meet the re- quirement of era development, such as reinforcing the construction of young teaching staff, promoting the reasonable resources allocation, creating scientific research atmosphere with high quality, paying attention to the training of scientific research innovation ability, the high integration between talent cultivation and social need, and the joint connection between coal science and technology transformation and the disciplinary development.
