高校辅导员媒介素养提升路径研究

辅导员作为学生工作的一线管理者,是大学生成长成才过程中的人生导师和知心朋友,是开展高校思想政治教育工作的骨干力量。作为网络思想政治教育阵地中的"把关人",高校辅导员媒体素养能力直接关系到青年大学生的健康发展与成长。在数字化媒体日新月异的时代,准确把握思想政治教育工作复杂多元的主要特征与辅导员自身媒介素养亟待加强这一主要矛盾,有利于进一步洞察新媒体时代网络思想政治教育的传播规律,提出的媒介素养能力的提升对策与建议,进而不断增强思想政治教育工作的吸引力和感染力。

As the first-line managers in student works, counselors are the life mentors and inti- mate friends in college students＇ growth process, and also the backbone of ideological and po- litical education work in colleges and universities. As the ＂gatekeeper＂ in the Internet ideolog- ical and political education battlefield, the media literacy of college counselors concerns directly the healthy development and growth of young college students. With the rapid development of the digital media, to grasp accurately the contradiction between the complexity of ideological and political education work and the lack of media literacy of counselors themselves, is condu- cive to see through clearly the propagation rule of Internet ideological and political education in the new media era. The paper puts forward related suggestions for the promotion of media lit- eracy, and further enhances the attraction and appeal of ideological and political education work.
