摘要
通过阐述高校在实施大学生纪律处分过程中易出现的几种侵权现象,分析其产生的根源,并从完善相关教育法律法规、转变高校学生管理理念、依法制定校内规章制度以及完善相关监督机制四个方面进行了构建大学生纪律处分过程权利保障之路径探索。
The article describes the common infringements actions in universities＇ disciptme sanction process. It analyzes their sources, and puts forward the following suggestions for col- lege students＇ rights protection in the discipline sanction process： 1） to complete related educa- tional laws and regulation; 2） to change views for college student management; 3） to formulate a regulatory framework according to the laws; and, 4） to improve the supervisory mechanism.
