全日制教育硕士培养模式受时代发展的客观需求、教师专业化发展的需求、国家教育政策的变革需要以及培养质量与就业压力的影响,基于国家教育政策、方针的推动而形成。全日制教育硕士培养模式具备招生对象的特殊性、培养过程的复杂性以及考核方式的多样性特点。
The training mode of full-time Master of Education meets the objective needs of devel- opment of times and teacher professionalization, and the requirement of change of national edu- cational policies. Simultaneously, it is influenced by cultivation quality and the employment pressure. Its generation is based on the promotion of national educational policy. The charac- teristics of the training mode of full-time master of education are the particularity of enrollment target, the complexity of the training process and the diversity of assessment methods.
