摘要
从服务蓝图视角分析了高校图书馆流通服务流程,通过寻找与读者的关键接触点,分析了高校图书馆流通服务存在的问题,从而提出了相应建议。
This paper analyzes the circulation service process of university library from the perspective of service blueprint, analyzes the problems existing in university library＇s circulation service through looking for the key contact pointwith readers, and accordinglyputs forward some corresponding suggestions.
