摘要
本文以一台型号为MQ55-27A5的门座起重机为研究对象,采用应变式传感器来获得金属结构在不同载荷状态和工况条件下应力变化情况,研究其动态、静态应力数据,为整机安全评估工作提供可靠的数据支撑,该技术在实际中有广阔的应用前景。
This paper takes a MQ55-27A5 portal crane as the study object, uses the strain sensors to obtain the metal structure changes under different loading and working conditions, through those dynamic and static stress datas, provides testing results for the safety assessment reliably, this technology has a broad application prospects in practice.
