摘要
结合哈尔滨市的城市暴雨模型对哈尔滨城市内涝风险和排水能力进行评估。分析哈尔滨市易出现内涝的区域和排水现状。对采用先进的设计理念和科学手段构建的哈尔滨市内涝综合防治体系进行探讨,论证该框架体系的科学性和可操作性。
The waterlogging risk and drainage capacity are evaluated based on the storm model of Harbin . The prone waterlogging region and the status of the drainage system are analyzed too .The waterlogging comprehensive prevention and control system with advanced design concepts and scientific methods is discussed .It is demonstrated that this prevention system is operational and reasonable .
