目的探讨珠三角直航香港海港口岸医学媒介生物防控影响因素及卫生检疫措施。方法分析珠三角直航香港海港口岸的特点,梳理媒介生物防控的关键因素,提出卫生检疫措施。结果应从抓好医学媒介生物本地调查及监测、携带病原体检测、船舶、集装箱及货物的查验、注重季节性、加强宣传等方面做好卫生检疫工作。结论珠三角直航香港海港口岸医学媒介生物防控形势严峻,从关键点着手,提高医学媒介生物截获率。

Objective To explore the methods of preventing and controlling medical vectors and health quarantine measures at the seaport direct to Hong Kong in Pearl River Delta. Methods To analyze the characteristics of the seaport direct to Hong Kong in Pearl River Delta, discuss the key factors of prevention and control, and propose health quarantine measures. Results Pay attention to the background investigation and monitoring,pathogen detection on medical vectors, inspection of ships, containers and goods, considering climatic conditions, and strengthening publicity. Conclusion The prevention and control situation of medical vectors at the seaport direct to Hong Kong in Pearl River Delta is grim. Seizing the key points of the prevention and control can ultimately improve the detection rate of medical vectors.
