摘要
通过分析2016年7月19~20日出现的暴雨过程,提出了暴雨造成河道行洪、地下水位抬升,并造成部分水利、电力设施毁坏,农作物减产或绝收等灾害的问题。
This paper presents the rainstorm process in19-20 July 2016 of torrential rain caused serious water in Cangzhou City. The heavy rains caused river flood and groundwater level rising, and caused the damage of some water conservancy and electric power facilities, and a decrease in agricultural production.
