全真环境下高校学生记者团用人与育人融合培育机制探析

学生记者团是高校新闻宣传工作的生力军,对于高校新闻宣传起到积极的促进作用,在"准新闻专业化"的实践培养下,学生记者团成为应对高校人才培育和社会人才需求而被"使用式培育"的特殊学生团体。本文通过对高校学生记者团生存和发展现状调研,探索在新闻全真环境下,基于用人和育人双重办团宗旨的学生记者团(新闻选修课)培育机制,使对学生记者的"使用"和"培育"有机地融合,使学生记者在为高校新闻宣传做贡献的同时,自身也得到新闻专业培训和实践,成为具有不同专业背景优势的"准专业"新闻人才。
