高校国际化创新人才培养的探索与思考

Exploration and Reflection on the cultivation of International Creative Talents in Colleges and Universities

从国际化课程体系、交流游学、国际化的教学方法以及全英语课程授课等方面分析了高校国际化创新人才培养因素。为了提高国际化人才培养水平,高校须建立以学生为中心的课程体系、提高学生学习自主性、满足学生个性化学习需求;从政策层面真正做到重视教学;构建国际化教学管理体制;加强国际化联合培养,深化与海外知名大学的合作关系。

From the internationalization of curriculum system, exchange study tours, the internationalization of the teaching methods and curriculum in English teaching, such as the analysis of the internationalization of university innovative talents cultivation factors. In order to improve the internationalization level of talent training, the university must establish to students for a curriculum system, improve students＂ autonomous learning, to meet the students＂ individual learning needs; from the policy level truly pay more attention to the teaching of; internationalization of the teaching management system of construction; to strengthen international joint training, deepen cooperation relations with well-known overseas university.
