天坪隧道施工中硫化氢气体防治技术探讨 被引量:9

摘要 结合天坪隧道的施工实践分析了瓦斯隧道中硫化氢气体的成因,介绍了现场采取的加强通风、完善监控系统、碱液稀释等防治措施,指出碱液稀释是降低隧道中硫化氢气体浓度的根本措施。对隧道中硫化氢气体浓度进行监测发现,拱腰和拱底硫化氢气体浓度较大,距掌子面15~40 m区段硫化氢气体浓度大大超过了《煤矿安全规程》(2016)的规定。采取在开挖台架附近增加局部风机并延长通风时间等措施,显著降低了掌子面出渣期间及回风区段硫化氢气体的浓度。 By combining with the construction practice in Tianping tunnel construction,the causes of hydrogen sulphide(H_2S) gas in gas tunnel were analyzed and the prevention and control technologies utilized in on-site condition including strengthening the ventilation,improving system monitor and diluting lye were introduced,which concluded that lye dilution is the essential measure for reducing the H_2S gas concentration in tunnel.Monitoring the H_2S gas concentration in tunnel show that the concentration in arch waist and arch bottom of the tunnel is large and the gas concentration is much more than "safety regulations for coal mines"(2016) in 15 ~40 m area above the tunnel face.The measures as setting more local fans near the excavation platform and prolonging the ventilation time has significantly reduced the H_2S gas concentration in return air section during the period of tunnel face slag discharge.
