摘要
主要研究了混凝土开裂后裂缝宽度与钢筋锈蚀量之间的关系,并通过18组150 mm×150 mm×150 mm的标准立方体试件的锈蚀对比试验,得出了锈胀裂缝宽度与钢筋锈蚀深度之间呈线性关系,并分析了钢筋截面损失率对钢筋锈蚀深度的影响;鉴于锈胀裂缝相对钢筋锈蚀率的观测更容易,给出了由裂缝宽度推测钢筋锈蚀量的公式。不仅对工程实践中钢筋锈蚀量的无损检测有很大帮助,而且可以为建筑结构的耐久性评估提供依据。
The paper focuses on the relationship between crack width and steel corrosion extent after concrete cracking.Through analysis of 18 groups cube specimens(150 mm × 150 mm × 150 mm),the relation between crack width and steel corrosion depth,which is linear,can be got.The relation between steel corrosion depth and steel section loss rate can also be indicated.Therefore,The extent of steel corrosion can be forecasted by crack width.The results can be used to get the extent of steel corrosion with nondestructive testing(NDT),and provide a basis for the durability assessment in engineering practice.
