丝绸之路经济带国内段中心城市产业合作研究:基于价值链分工视角

Study on the Industry Cooperation of the Central Cities in the Silk Road Economic Zone: Under the View of Value Chain Division

产业合作是建设丝绸之路经济带的核心内容,中心城市则是联通丝绸之路经济带的关键节点,丝绸之路经济带国内段节点中心城市之间通过加强产业分工,可以为建设丝绸之路经济带提供强有力的空间支点和产业载体。在分析丝绸之路经济带节点中心城市经济竞争力和外向经济联系水平的基础上,在价值链分工视角下,提出中心城市以各自所在的城市群为依托,构建以长三角城市群为"龙头",以中原城市群、武汉城市群、关中城市群、成渝城市群为"枢纽",以兰白西城市群、银川平原城市群、天山北坡城市群为重要组成部分的丝绸之路经济带国内段城市产业价值链,推动沿线城市产业实现梯次发展升级。

Industry cooperation is the core content of the development of The Silk Road Economic Zone. Cen- tral cities are the key nodes to connect the Silk Road Economic Zone. The central cities can provide space pivot and industry carrier through the strengthening of industrial division. Based on the analysis of me econom,c competitiveness and the level of the export economy of the central cities of the Silk Road Economic Zone and the View of Value Chain Division of Labor, this paper considers central cities should build domestic city industrial value chain of the Silk Road Economic Zone relying on their own city group. And this domestic city industrial value chain should take the Yangtze River Delta city group as the ＂ lead＂ , and the Central Plains city group, Wuhan city group, Guanzhong city group, Chengdu-Chongqing city group as ＂ hub＂, and take the Lanzhou -Baiyin -Xining city group, Yinchuan plain city group and the northern slope of Tianshan Mountains city group as an important part. The development of the domestic city industrial value chain can promote industrial echelon development and upgrading of the city along the Silk Road EconomicZone.
