摘要
针对非晶合金配电变压器因过载导致烧损的情况,提出了一种油浸式非晶合金配电变压器过载能力校核方法。该方法以油浸式电力变压器负载导则为依据,确定了过载特定限制条件及过负荷校核流程,建立了从能量守恒角度研究了基于顶层油道油温的绕组热点温度预估模型。最后以一台SBH15系列非晶合金变压器为例,分别利用文中提出的热点温度预测模型和负载导则推荐的模型开展过载能力校核,结果表明,文中提供的方法对过载能力的考核更为严格。
Aiming at amorphous alloy distribution transformer burnt fault due to overload, a new overload capability calculation method for oil-immersed amorphous alloy distribution transformer is proposed. Based on the oil-immersed power transformer load guide, the specific overload restrictions and the process of overload capability calculation are determined. And a new hot spot temperature prediction model is established on the basis of the top duct oil temperature following energy conservation. Finally, a SBH15 series amorphous alloy transformer is taken as an example to calculate the overload capability with the proposed hot spot temperature prediction model and the model suggested in the oil-immersed power transformer load guide, respectively. The results indicate that the proposed model can obtain more stringent overload capability criterion than the other.
