摘要
文中基于当前行业现状,分析了电子式电流互感器与隔离断路器集成设计的困难与弊端,介绍了新兴的光纤电流互感器的工作原理及组成,并提出了一种将光纤电流互感器与隔离断路器集成的技术思路。结合产品开发实践,研究并给出了从一次侧的高压结构、绝缘密封、光纤绝缘套管,到二次侧的采集单元7相合1机箱的详细设计方案,实现了光纤电流互感器与隔离断路器设备的高度集成、功能整合,解决了电流互感器与隔离断路器集成的行业难题,为智能变电站中的一次设备集成提供了技术参考。最后还用Ansys电场仿真结果和样机型式试验数据证实了集成设计方案既不影响隔离断路器的一次高压绝缘性能,也未降低光纤电流互感器的测量精度,充分体现了该技术的正确性和可行性。
The difficulties and disadvantages in integration design of electronic current transformer and disconnecting circuit breaker are analyzed, the working principle and composition of fiber optic current transformer are introduced, and an idea of integration technology of fiber optic current transformer and disconnecting circuit breaker is presented. Combining product development practice, a design scheme, including the high voltage structure, insulation seal, and optic fiber insulation sleeve at the primary side, as well as the sampling unit's seven-in-one box at the secondary side is discussed in detail. This scheme can realize high structure integration and function combination of fiber optic current transformer and disconnecting circuit breaker, give a solution to the above problems in integration design of current transformer and the disconnecting circuit breaker, and provide a technical reference for the integration of devices at primary side in an intelligent power station. In addition, electric field simulation with ANSYS and prototype test demonstrate that this integration design scheme neither weakens the high voltage insulation performance of the disconnecting circuit breaker, nor reduces the measurement accuracy of fiber optic current transformer, indicating the correctness and feasibility of this integration technology.
