The New Ideas of Development and Human Rights Protection in China:A Review on the Symposium for the 30th Anniversary of UN's Adoption of the Declaration on the Right to Development

在1986年联合国《发展权利宣言》通过三十周年之际,回顾、反思与研究发展权问题具有重大的意义。应当推陈出新,在"创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享"新发展理念的导引下,在话语体系、治理框架、发展理念、路径选择和实践模式上进行发展权理论与实践创新。应当进一步探讨发展与人权、发展权和其他人权、发展与发展权、发展权与法治的相互关系及其在中国的实践五大方面的问题。

On this day of the 30th anniversary of UN＇s adoption of the Declaration on the Right to Development, it is necessary and meaningful to look back and review the issue of de- velopment fight. We should, under the guidance of the new development ideas which are being innovative, coordinative, green, open and sharing, bring forth the new through the old in a- dopting theoretical and practical innovation to the fight to development from the perspectives of a system of discourse, governance framework, development idea, route selection and practice mode. Thus, it is necessary to further probe into the five problems about exercising the fight to development in China, along with its relationships with other human fights, development, and rule of law and the relationship between development and human fights.
