设置加强箍多层高压容器裙座支承结构设计

摘要 分析了裙座支承的多层高压容器筒体与不等厚半球形封头连接部位的应力状况,指出该连接部位因结构不连续而产生附加边缘应力并存在明显的应力集中,使得该部位成为高应力区。裙座壳与半球形封头焊接连接,由于结构约束,封头的焊接部位还要承受附加弯曲应力。为了改善多层筒体与半球形封头连接部位的应力状况,根据带加强箍半球形封头的高压容器专利技术,设计了一种多层高压容器裙座支承新结构,即在半球形封头的外面设置加强箍,将裙座壳与加强箍焊接连接。此结构多层筒体与封头的连接部位应力集中系数小,且裙座壳不与封头焊接,因此封头上不存在因结构约束而产生的附加弯曲应力,整个结构的安全可靠性得到了提高。 The stress state of the connecting part between the cylinder and the unequal thickness semi spherical head of the multilayer high pressure vessel supported by skirt are analyzed, it is pointed out that the additional edge stress is produced in the connection part due to the discontinuity of the structure and there is obvious stress concentration, making this area become a high stress one and the skirt shell is welded with the hemispherical head, due to structural constraints, welding part of area bear additional bending stress. In order to improve the stress condition of the connection part of the multilayer cylinder and the hemispherical head, according to patent technology of "high pressure vessel with reinforced hoop hemispherical head structure", a new skirt supporting structure for multi layer high pressure vessel is designed, in the outside of the hemispherical head is provided with a reinforcing hoop, skirt shell and reinforced hoop be welded together. In such structure, the stress concentration factor is small in the connection part of the multi layer cylinder and the head, and the skirt shell is not welded with the head, so in the head there is no additional bending stress due to structural constraints generated, improve the safety and reliability of the whole structure.
