安全阀用旋转切换阀流阻系数工程算法探讨 被引量:1

摘要 安全阀前加装切换阀可满足安全阀的在线备份要求,分析了相关标准对于安全阀前旋转切换阀压力损失的要求,对旋转切换阀的流阻特性进行了理论分析。按照阀门设计手册和ISO 4126-9标准中的计算方法计算旋转切换阀的流阻系数,并与DN500mm旋转切换阀样阀的流阻系数试验结果进行比较分析。结果表明,ISO 4126-9计算方法的计算结果与样阀的试验结果较为吻合,该计算方法作为一种流阻系数计算的快速有效简化方法,可用于旋转切换阀工程化应用中的结构设计与选型计算。 Safety valve installed before the change-over valve can meet the requirements of the safety valve online backup. The requirements of the related standards on the pressure drop to the safety valve inlet were analyzed. The theory of the flow resistance characteristics on change-over valve was analyzed. According to valve design manual and ISO 4126-9 calculation method to calculate the flow resistance coefficient of the change-over valve, and the DNS00 mm change-over valve with the flow resistance coefficient test results were compared and analyzed. Results show that the calculation methods of ISO 4126-9 calculation result tallies with the test result of sample valve, can be used as a simple method to calculate the flow resistance coefficient, can be effectively used in the structural design and selection calculation in the engineering application of rotary change-over valve.
