摘要
以某石油化工装置中的常压塔封头接管为研究对象,利用三维建模软件PRO/E建立了三维模型,将模型导入至ANSYS有限元软件进行求解分析,对封头上不同的开孔接管区域应力进行了比对分析,找出了应力最大处的接管,校核其设计应力是否满足要求,并对接管内壁的应力分布规律进行了分析,最后利用ANSYS验证校核后的接管模型最大应力处在开孔补强后的应力是否达到设计使用要求。研究结果可以为压力容器开孔接管设计及进一步的疲劳分析提供一定的理论指导。
A petro-chemical plant atmospheric column's head tubing is taken as research object, using three-dimensional modeling software PRO/E to establish a three-dimensional model, introduced into the ANSYS finite element analysis software to solve, compared and analyzed the different opening tube area in head, in order to find out the maximum stress area, than check design stress whether meets the requirements, and analyzed the stress distribution of the in wall tubing. Finally,ANSYS is used to verify the maximum stress in tubing model and opening reinforcement whether meet the design requirements. The results for the pressure vessel's opening tubing design and further fatigue analysis provides theoretical guidance and research methods.
