摘要 全自动焊接工艺可以有效地提高焊缝焊接质量,提升焊接效率,尤其可以实现长输管道焊接流水化作业。通过管道控制断裂试验场科研项目,模拟野外环境,对Φ1 422 mm×21.4 mm的X80钢大口径管道焊接技术进行了全方位实地应用。现场分别采用中石油管道局研究院自行开发的CPP900-IW56型内焊机和CPP900双焊炬外焊全自动焊设备进行了全自动根焊和填充盖面,焊后对焊缝进行了热处理。焊接材料使用国外技术领先的药芯焊丝,全部焊缝焊接质量均达到了I级。管道爆破试验中Φ1 422mm的X80钢管焊缝未出现气孔、裂纹等质量缺陷,此次管道爆破试验可为即将开工的中俄东线天然气管道工程和国内陆续开工的大型长输管道工程施工提供技术储备和技术支持。 Automatic welding technology can improve quality of welding efficiently, promote efficiency of welding, achieve flow operation especially for welding work of long-distance pipeline. Via welding fracture control test site scientific research, simulated in field environment, Φ1 422 mm X80 large-diameter pipe welding technology was conducted for a full range of applications. Site weldingroot bead used CPP900-IW56 welder that developed by China Petroleum Pipeline Bu- reau for automatic root welding operation. Filling and capping used CPP900 double outer welding torch. Welding materials used flux-cored wire leaded abroad, weld quality has reached the level I. There's no quality problems such as no bubble in weld gap or crack occurred after the pipeline burst test. This experiment can provide the technical reserves and support for the coining Russia- China Eastern Line and domestic large-scale long-distance pipeline constructions.
