摘要
介绍了一例基于变频驱动离心泵和回流调节阀的联合控制方案,用于某油气平台低压生产分离器的液位调节和原油增压外输,并指出了在设计过程中应用变频驱动离心泵和调节阀实现流量和压力控制时应考虑的若干事项。通过计算和试验数据说明了不同控制方式对设备节能效果的影响,只有通过合理的设备参数选取和控制方案的选择,才能最大程度发挥变频器的节能功效。
A case of combinative control method of centrifugal pump based on variable frequency drive and auto back flow control valve used for the purpose of level control of production separator and flow control of booster pump of a oil and gas production platform was introduced. The issues that should be considered while using variable frequency drive pump and back flow valve for pressure and level control were pointed out. The effect of different control methods for energysaving through calculation and test data was showed, and only by correct equipment parameter selection and control method selection the maximum energy-saving effect of variable frequency device could be achieved.
