摘要 催化裂化装置中油浆泵的工艺介质为高温油浆,且含有催化剂颗粒,运行工况恶劣,机械密封的寿命普遍不高,且经常发生泄漏。对油浆泵机械密封泄漏原因进行了分析,认为波纹管内结焦和积碳、冲洗油系统含有催化剂颗粒以及动、静环损坏是造成油浆泵机械密封泄漏的主要原因。针对机械密封频繁泄漏的问题,从冲洗形式及密封结构等方面对油浆泵机械密封系统进行了改造,采用PLAN54+PLAN32+PLAN62的冲洗方案,极大提高了油浆泵的安全运行周期,降低了泄漏着火几率,减少了检修频率,经济效益显著,改造效果良好。 The process medium of slurry pump is high temperature oil slurry in FCC, which con- tains catalyst particles. The operating condition of slurry pump was very bad,so the service life of mechanical seal was not long. The mechanical seal system often leaked. The reasons of oil pump mechanical seal leakage were analyzed. The main reasons are the bellows coked and covered by carbon,flushing oil system containing catalyst particles, dynamic and static ring damaged. The flushing form and mechanical seal structure of slurry pump were reformed to solve the problem of seal leaked. The PLAN54+PLAN32+PLAN62 was used to be new flushing plan,which not only can improve the running cycle, but also can reduce the leakage fire probability. So the mainte- nance frequency was reduced and it has obvious economic benefit. The result of reform is good.
