基于复杂网络的治疗肺癌方药及配伍规律研究 被引量:10

摘要 目的采用复杂系统熵网络方法,挖掘在中医治疗肺癌方剂中的用药及配伍规律。方法选择《肿瘤方剂大辞典》中明确用于治疗肺癌的中药处方,基于随机置换检验的互信息方法进行中药的相关性评估,在此基础上建立复杂网络,通过计算网络的中心性信息挖掘相关的核心药对、处方,以及药物的四气、五味、归经等配伍规律。结果共选择323首治疗肺癌的方剂,涉及407味中药。其中发现20个高频药物(主要集中于养阴类、补气类),41个核心三元组药物,26个核心药对;同时发现了以养阴益气药物为主,辅以化痰散结、清热解毒药物的基本方13个;药物性味以寒温、苦辛为主,归经以肺、脾、肝、胃、大肠经居多。结论通过复杂系统熵网络法,可有效发现治疗肺癌的处方及用药;以寒热并用、阴阳互补、表里同治为主要治则,用药以益气养阴为主、以祛邪为辅。 Objective To investigate the medication and compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions in the treatment of lung cancer based on complex systems entropy network method(CSENM).Methods Traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions recorded in the great dictionary of prescription for tumor and indeed used in the treatment of lung cancer were selected.Correlation of traditional Chinese medicine was assessed by mutual information method based on random permutation test.On this basis complex network was established.The core couplet medicines and prescription and the compatibility rule of four properties,five tastes and channel tropism were explored through the central information of computer network.Results Totally 323 prescriptions were selected which involved 407 herbal medicine.Among,20 herbs that mainly nourishing Yin and tonifying Qi were used with high frequency,41 core triples combinations and 26 couplet medicines were founded.Meanwhile 13 basic prescriptions that based on medicine of nourishing Yin and tonifying Qi as main and medicine of reducing phlegm and resolving masses and clearing heat and detoxification as supplement were digged out.The herbal medicine mostly presented cold or warm in property,bitter or hot in taste,and the majority were distributed to lung,spleen,1iver,stomach and large intestine in channel tropism.Conclusion CSENM is an effective method for the discovery of prescriptions and medicine in the treatment of lung cancer.The therapeutic principles emphasize the combination of cold and heat,the complementation of Yin and Yang,the coordination of exterior and interior.Medication is based on nourishing Yin and tonifying Qi as main and eliminating pathogenic factors as supplement.
