快递行业信息化标准体系建设研究

Informatization Standard System of Express Industry

伴随国内经济发展水平和信息科学技术实力的不断上升,我国快递业的行业规模和企业信息化水平也随之不断向前发展。但是,快递行业信息化标准体系的空缺与行业的发展规模和信息化水平严重失衡,制约我国快递行业及其信息化向更高水平的迈进。因此,为尽快打破这种失衡现状,通过结合快递行业的特点和其信息化标准体系建设现状及其他行业的信息化标准体系,具体分析了快递行业信息化标准体系建设的五项基本原则,提出了快递行业信息化标准体系框架,并且最后就信息化标准体系的实施也提出了五个方面的建议。

Along with the domestic economic development level and information science and technology rise,the scale of China＇s express industry and the informatization of enterprise also develop remarkably. But unbalance between the deficiency of informatization standard system and the scale and informatization level in express industry restricts express industry and its informatization to a higher level. Therefore,in order to break the unbalance status as soon as possible,five basic principles in the construction of informatization standard system of express industry are analyzed,its system framework is proposed,and finally,five suggestions about the way to implement informatization standard system are also put forward.
