滇南风吹楠的化学成分研究

Chemical constituents in the twigs and leaves of Horsfieldia tetratepala

利用硅胶柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱、MCI柱色谱对滇南风吹楠70%（体积分数）丙酮提取物进行分离纯化,并通过1H NMR、13C NMR等波谱技术进行结构鉴定,从该提取物中共分离鉴定了6个化合物,包括4个木脂素和2个甾体类化合物,它们分别为dextrobursehernin（1）,（2R,3S,4R）-2-（3,4-dimethoxyphenyl）-4-（4-hydroxy-3-methoxybenzyl）-3-hydroxymethyltetrahydrofuran（2）,（2R,3S,4R）-4-（3,4-dimethoxy-benzyl）-2-（4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl）-3-hydroxymethyltetrahydrofuran（3）,4,4’-dimethylsecoisolariciresinol（4）,胡萝卜苷（5）和β-谷甾醇（6）.化合物1~5均数首次从该植物中分离得到.

This research focused on the chemical constituents of Horsfieldia tetratepala. From the 70% acetone ex- tract, six compounds were separated and purified by the column chromatography. Their structures were elucidated by the means of spectroscopic analysis. These compounds were identified as dextrobursehernin （1）, （2R,3S,4R） - 2 - （ 3,4 - dimethoxyphenyl ） - 4 - （ 4 - hydroxy - 3 - methoxy - benzyl ） - 3 - hydroxymethyltetrahydrofuran （2）, （2R, 3 S,4R） - 4 - （ 3,4 - dimethoxybenzyl） - 2 - （4 - hydroxy - 3 - methoxyphenyl） - 3 - hydroxymethyl- tetrahydrofuran （3）, 4,4＇- dimethylse - coisolariciresinol （ 4）, daucossterol （5）, and β - sitosterol （6）. Compoun 1 -5 were obtained faom Honsfiedia tetnatepala for the finst time.
