早期白内障患者不同对比度下视力的应用价值

Value of different contrast visual acuity in early cataract patients

目的探讨不同对比度下视力在早期白内障患者中的应用价值。方法选取2014年6月-2015年3月贵州省妇幼保健院收治的白内障患者49例(84眼)及同期在本院接受检查的健康者42例(84眼),分别纳入白内障组和对照组。比较白内障组与对照组不同对比度下视力log MAR值,筛选出最佳矫正视力≥0.8的受试者,并再次测定不同对比度下视力log MAR值,比较最佳矫正视力≥0.8的白内障组患者和对照组受试者不同对比度下视力log MAR值。结果白内障组与对照组最佳矫正远视力(t=1.542,P=0.137),最佳矫正近视力(t=0.953,P=0.267),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。100%(t=2.157,P=0.035)、25%(t=1.994,P=0.047)、10%(t=2.584,P=0.010)对比度下,白内障组患者的视力log MAR值均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。对比度越低,白内障组患者和对照组受试者的视力log MAR值越高(P<0.05)。100%(t=2.078,P=0.041)、25%(t=2.285,P=0.023)、10%(t=2.396,P=0.017)对比度下,最佳矫正视力≥0.8的白内障组患者的视力log MAR值均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。对比度越低,白内障组患者和对照组受试者的视力log MAR值越高(P<0.05)。结论不同对比度下视力能够准确评估早期白内障患者视觉功能,其灵敏度明显高于最佳矫正视力。

Objective To investigate the value of visual acuity in the visual function of patients with early cataract in different contrast. Methods From June 2014 - March 2015, 49 cases （84 eyes） cataract patients in our hospital and 42 cases （84 eyes） without cataract were selected as cataracts group and control group. Different contrast logMAR visual acuity values of two groups were compared, and the best corrected visual acuity ≥ 0.8 subject was selected. The measured values for the various contrast logMAR visual acuity again. The best corrected visual acuity ≥ 0.8 cataract patients and the control group logMAR visual acuity value under different contrast subjects were compared. Results The cataract and the control group best-corrected distance visual acuity （t = 1.542, P = 0.137）, best corrected near vision （t = 0.953, P = 0.267） were not statistically significant difference （P 〉 0.05）. At 100% （t = 2.157, P = 0.035）, 25% （t = 1.994, P = 0.047）, 10% （t = 2.584, P = 0.010） contrast logMAR visual acuity value cataract patients were significantly higher than the control group （P 〈0.05）. At 100% （t = 2.078, P = 0.041）, 25% （t = 2.285, P = 0.023）, 10% （t = 2.396, P = 0.017） contrast ratio, best corrected visual acuity of cataract patients ≥ 0.8 vision logMAR values were significantly higher （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Visual acuity is significantly higher than the best corrected visual acuity in early stage of cataract patients with different visual acuity.
