对中美数据新闻人才培养模式的比较与思考

The Comparison and Deliberation upon Data Journalists' Cultivation Between China and America

新闻传媒业的发展变化意味着新闻从业者的知识和技能必须做相应调整,作为培养新闻传播人才的新闻院校也必须与时俱进,优化新闻传播专业技能教学。本研究通过分析中美数据新闻人才培养模式及其特点,探索适合我国新闻教育和传媒业实践特点的数据新闻人才培养模式,从正确认识数据新闻的人才需求、开发网络共享平台、教育资源整合等维度进行反思,提出应对策略。

The improvement in journalism asks for the corresponding change, especially for the journalists, whose knowledge and skills are crucial to the work. Thus, schools of journalism, the main area training the journalists, are supposed to keep up to date and optimize their teaching patterns of professional skills. This article is aimed at exploring new suitable teaching patterns for China on journalism and communication, which can be concluded by comparing the features in journalists＇ cultivation in both China and America. Besides, only could they realize the demand of data journalists, develop the Intemet sharing platforms, integrate the education resources, can those schools of journalism prepare adequately to the new challenges.
