新加坡2013数学教学大纲及其特点分析

摘要 新加坡教育体系被公认为能培养能力水平较高的学生，优异的教育质量享誉世界，但新加坡同时居安思危地意识到，这仅仅意味着过去该体系的有效性，当面临新环境、面对新问题，这一体系未必仍然有效．于是，定期对数学教学大纲进行修订就成为常态，从以前约每10年一次，缩短到21世纪的每6年一次，着眼于培养独立自主的终身学习者．2012年4月，新加坡教育部颁布最新的中小学数学教学大纲（下简称“2013大纲”），从2013年起，小学1年级、中学1／3年级开始逐年实施．
